Instructions in writing

As an aid during an accident emergency situation that may occur or arise during carriage, instructions in writing in the form specified in 5.4.3.4 of ADR shall be carried in the vehicle crew’s cab and shall be readily available.

These instructions shall be provided by the carrier to the vehicle crew in language(s) that each member can read and understand before the commencement of the journey. The carrier shall ensure that each member of the vehicle crew concerned understands and is capable of carrying out the instructions properly.

Before the start of the journey, the members of the vehicle crew shall inform themselves of the dangerous goods loaded and consult the instructions in writing for details on actions to be taken in the event of an accident or emergency.

The instructions in writing shall correspond to the following four page model as regards its form and contents.

On 31.01.2011 the Government of Switzerland notified that variations in spelling or terminology confirmed by usage in certain German-speaking countries or regions are acceptable and do not affect the validity of the instructions in writing provided they may be understood by the members of the vehicle crew.
On 07.02.2011 the Government of Austria notified that variations in spelling or terminology confirmed by usage in certain German-speaking countries or regions are acceptable and do not affect the validity of the instructions in writing provided they may be understood by the members of the vehicle crew.

Kirjalliset turvallisuusohjeet

 

Vastuu turvallisuusohjeista siirtyi lähettäjältä kuljetuksen suorittajalle (kuljetusliikkeelle).


Uusien määräysten mukaan kuljetusyrityksen on huolehdittava

siitä, että ajoneuvossa on nelisivuinen kirjallinen turvaohje kielellä, jota ajoneuvon miehistö ymmärtää ja jonka mukaan miehistö osaa toimia. Ohjeen on vastattava laajuudeltaan ja sisällöltään VAK-/ADR-säädöstä.

 

Kansallisesti turvaohjemääräys tuli voimaan 1.7.2009.


Ohjetta voi myös tilata laminoituna versiona suoraan SKAL:n toimistolta suomeksi ja ruotsiksi.

 


ADR rajoituksia tunneleissa eri maissa

 

Saksa – rajoituksia ja kieltoja vaarallisten aineiden kuljetuksiin tunneleissa

Saksa on tiukentanut vaarallisten aineiden kuljetuksia tunneleissaan tammikuun 5. päivästä alkaen ja on rajoittanut vaarallisten aineiden kuljetuksia Hampurissa, Niedersachsenissa ja Thüringenissa.

ADR rajoituksia tunneleissa eri maissa

 

Maantietunneli Göteborgissa ja Öresundin silta

 

Tammikuun 2010 alussa tuli voimaan uusia määräyksiä vaarallisten aineiden kuljetuksissa maantietunnelissa Ruotsissa ja eri puolilla Eurooppaa. Vuonna 2007 alkanut siirtymäkausi päättyi tuolloin.

 

Tunnelikielto - sallittu luokka 2

 

 

 

 

Vasemmalla: Suositeltu reitti vaarallisia aineita kuljettaville ajoneuvoille. 

Oikealla: Kielto ajoneuvoille, joissa on oranssikilpi

 

Göteborg

Tunneliluokat:

• Tingstadstunneli: Luokka E

• Götatunnei: Luokka E

• Lundby Tunneli: Luokka E

 

Öresund

Öresundin (Juutinrauman) sillalla on voimassa sama määräys

Joka päivä 06.00 - 23.00: Luokka E

Joka päivä 23.00 - 06.00 Luokka B

 

Luokka E tarkoittaa, että kuljetus on rajoitettu (kielletty), lukuun ottamatta kuitenkin, YK-numerot 2919, 3291, 3331, 3359 ja 3373.

Luokka B tarkoittaa, että kuljetus on rajoitettu (kielletty) koskien kaikkia vaarallisia aineita, jotka voivat aiheuttaa voimakkaan räjähdyksen.

ADR - Instructions in writing

The instructions in writing, as mentioned in the newly amended section 5.4.3 of the ADR 2009, are an aid for the driver and his crew to be used during an accident or emergency situation that may occur or arise during the carriage of dangerous goods. They must be carried in the vehicle crew’s cab and be readily available, in a language that each crew member can read and understand in order to carry them out properly. Before the start of the journey, the vehicle crew shall familiarise themselves with the dangerous goods loaded and consult the instructions in writing for details on actions to be taken in the event of an accident or an emergency.
