Regional associations
The national SKAL organisation comprises Finnish Transport and Logistics – SKAL serving as a national confederation, together with branch and regional SKAL associations.
SKAL has ten regional associations, each of which is responsible for overseeing the interests of members within its geographical area. These regional associations cover the whole of Finland.
The regional associations arrange training and events for members within their territories and take care of the operating licence affairs of these members. They are also actively involved in lobbying the public authorities that take policy decisions in their territories.
